It’s been a while since I last posted a Food Recipe but when I came across this one, I just had to share with you all.
As you know from reading the blog, I am not a Breakfast kinda girl, but it’s important to my overall health to get into a better habit and incorporate breakfast as much as possible. My goal is to eat breakfast every week day morning and to be honest, I haven’t advanced majorly towards my goals, but I have made small steps.
Even more so on discovering this unbelievably tasty way to jus up my breakfast bowl using tea! Yes tea!

Breakfast Tea Surpise Recipe
x1 Yeo Valley Greek Yogurt 0% Fat (small pot)
Handful of Strawberries, Raspberries or any fruits you likes
x1 Packet of The London Tea Company, Peach & Rhubarb Tea Bag
x1 Spoon (Table)
Pair of Scissors
Grab your favourite breakfast bowl and add your favourite fruits. Don’t forget to give them a rinse before moving forward!
Pour out the Yeo Valley Greek Yoghurt on top of the fruits using a large tablespoon.
Carefully cut open the tea bag from it’s mesh protective film and gently scatter the contents over your breakfast dish and enjoy the sumptuous, aromatic flavours in a brand new way!
