My @ChantelleUS #novplchallenge

OMG I hate VPL’s! This is something I grew up knowing was an ultimate style/ fashion faux pas! In fact this was just one of the many things my Mother drummed into my mid-teenage mind and also that of my closest friends. I was just talking the other day about the times she used to line all my friends (and myself included) in the hallway of our house before a night out and check to see if we were party ready. On inspection, the first things that had to go were stickers underneath shoes…so tacky! and then VPL’s were addressed. The shame in itself has made me so self conscious, I’d do just about anything to ensure its not on show.

So when my lovely friends over at #novplchallenge hit me up to ask if I’d be interested in joining their #novplchallenge Blogger Challenge, of course, I said yes! And I wont lie to you all, lingerie shoots isn’t something I’ve done a lot of on here but I thought I could always do something a little tasteful in terms of capturing images of the challenge…ones that my boyfriend, family, friends and future spurns will be happy with. After all, I haven’t accepted the #novplchallenge from just any brand, it’s Chantelle –  Luxury lingerie & nightwear.

Chantelle Lingerie is on a mission to try and banish the dreaded VPL this summer with a stunning range of 100% invisible knickers which offer complete invisibility, comfort and femininity due to ultra flat bonded finishes and a fancy two-tone trim on a soft knit fabric. These wardrobe staples are available in three different shapes (Brazilian brief, Shorty and Tanga) so there’s something for everyone and every outfit – with no VPL! They are so comfortable too so I know you will love them!

For my #novplchallenge entry, I wanted to share with you my recent struggles on a Dorothy Perkins skirt I recently purchased in a big haul, which is such a stunning colour and feels magnificently soft! The only problem is VPL!

See how I eliminated the constant VPL woes with the help of Chantelle’s 100% Invisible brief. My feedback on the very well made and soft to touch briefs being a WOC (woman of colour) of course, I would recommend is that the brand bring a few more shades of the 100% invisible knickers to suit a multitude of women and their beautiful skin tones. It would also be great to have a higher waisted brief that covers the bottom of the stomach which I hope would slightly pulling in the areas, I know only the gym can help. Overall, I love these briefs and cant wait for you all to try them! Hope you like the images I took and would love to hear your feedback on the post!
