“Practically every industry heavyweight makes an appearance…
Goes beyond the typical flurry of runway feathers and examines the big business of stilletoes, peplums and gowns” -Vanity Fair

Whilst travelling from New York City to London in for NYFW in October (just passed) I flicked through the in-flight selection of movies and considering I had just spent the evening at Bergdorf Goodman for the Town & Country’s Men’s Made To Measure event, I thought it would be great to brush up on the rich history of the department store, famed for its exclusive designer collections, relationships amongst luxury worldwide and of course, though iconic window displays.
Scatter My Ashes at Bergdorf’s, a documentary by Matthew Miele allows you to go behind the scenes of Bergdorf Goodman, the luxury shopping destination of the stars whilst entertaining you with interviews from the best in the fashion business including Marc Jacobs, Giorgio Armani, Manolo Blahnik, Dolce & Gabbana, Joan Rivers, Karl Lagerfeld, Vera Wang as well as the store’s dedicated staff. My impression after watching the documentary right through to the end credits is that Bergdorf Goodman is one fascinating place! Of course we have the UK version which is Selfridges but the class found in Bergdorf Goodman is just simply out of this world!
If you say you love fashion, this is a must see!
