Thursday 13th October 2011 was an extremely busy night full of events all over the capital and saw me running in heels trying to catch the best pictures, ambiance and network with as many industry individuals as physically possible.It was hectic if not tiring but here’s the lowdown;
First on my agenda for the evening, was the launch of a product I cannot wait to get my OPI painted mitts on, the exclusive Zaggora Hotpants, specifically designed to help wearers achieve more and maximising work outs by attacking those stubborn areas we all despise. What makes them even better and value for money is that you can wear them anywhere, during the day at work, in bed at night,indoors or outdoors, on top or underneath your clothes.
The event which saw the likes of ex X-Factor 2011’s contestant Amelia Lily looking chic in a red leather looking dress was definitely one not to be missed. If you’d like to try the Zaggora Hotpants which are available to purchase online at at the bargain price of £44.99 click here.

The next event on my schedule was the launch of the Atypical Spanish brand, Desigual’s new store based on Oxford Street opposite Bond Street Tube Station.
The lovely PR people behind the brand had an extensive list of entertainment including a nail technician, clothes making workshop, beaded jewellery making experience as well as a DJ pumping out the best chart hits and a huge amount of beautifully presented (not to mention tasty) Spanish finger foods complimented with a chilled glass of Sangria. Yum!
Last on my list and eagerly anticipated, was the Capsule hat collection designed by the extraordinary British singer of the band, The Noisettes, Shingai Shoniwa for Katherine Elizabeth London.
The collection which includes a range of quirky hats and other headwear pieces suitable for any celebratory occasion, was shot by famed photographer Jeremy Rice is also fronted by the gorgeous, edgy and A List faces Jameela Jamil, Pinky Tesfay and Immodesty Blaize.
The much sort after entry was paid off with paparrazi on entrance, an extensive cocktail bar, beautiful and friendly faces at the plush Sketch Restaurant, Conduit London.
Not only did I enjoy trying on and snapping pictures of the beautiful range of milinery but I bumped into Amelia again, Shingai herself and her very sweet Mother who also wore one of the creations (above)
Guests were also kindly treated to a gift bag from the ultra luxurious Beauty company Boudoir Prive, a company maintained by an exclusive £10 monthly membership which encourages its customers to ‘discover the best of new to market beauty brands!
