Can You Really Exercise In The Office? 

As an experienced desk worker, I know first hand how difficult it is to exercise during the day, at work, and throughout life in general. As you know, I've taken a keen interest in changing this outlook in 2017 and one way I have done so, is with the help of Yoga. 

But did you know how easy it is to exercise at work? If your boss doesn't mind of course!

Yoga is a great way to squeeze in 20 mins of exercise into your day, simply from the comfort (or non-comforts) of your desk/ office furniture and without the dreaded sweats.

Last year, Furniture At Work, who after an article by The Telegraph last year reported office workers need to exercise for an hour a day to avoid an early death, were inspired to launch a campaign that encourages desk workers to get moving: using the benefits of office yoga as the focal point.

Don't forget to hold each pose for about 3-5 minutes, gradually deepening the stretch as you exhale.

  1. I have basic yoga exercises to do at my desk to stop my spine seizing up. I also go for a short walk every hour (literally around the building) and we have stand up desks that are a life saver on the days I don't wear silly heels! I hate sitting still all day so do everything I can to avoid it!

  2. Having such kind of sofas why not have exercise in the office lest discover some more advance at chairthrone so during office hours i too love to enjoy exercise.
